1. Import a project into STEM that is NOT in the normal workspace location.

2. Run a project scenario with logging turned on 

3. The Recorded Simulations folder in the STEM project explorer is empty after the simulation is done. However, the log files are still there but end up in the STEM workspace and not in the location where the project was imported from.

Per discussion on call today, the most intuitive place to put the log files are in the same location the project was imported from. We'll fix the log writers to write files to this location by default.

Fixed, log files now written to the location where project was imported from. They were already being read from that location.
