Bug 29835 describes new workbench support for placing buttons in the same
"coolbar" as other buttons to reduce clutter. The External Tools launch button
should be put in the same group as the Run and Debug launch buttons.

Note that you need the org.eclipse.ui.workbench plugin from the HEAD stream
to see the changes.
