Change in the way state machine diagram are created.

StateMachine diagram creation is now allowed on Class and Package where this produces the creation of a StateMachine and its view in the diagram. The diagram itself is contained in the StateMachine - as is the case for sequence diagrams.

Additional StateMachine diagrams can be created on an existing StateMachine, this creates a default view of itself on the editor. This allows for instance to show various details of a StateMachine in different diagrams.

You can also perform drag and drops of existing StateMachines on any StateMachine diagrams. However you cannot create a new StateMachine on a StateMachine diagram as was the case previously. The button for StateMachine creation in the palette has been removed.

StateMachines shown on diagrams can be resized.
