I have a dsf-gdb session running, the refresh debug views buttons are grayed out after pressing the button in the workbench window toolbar or in the debug view. You have to select another debug element or the same element again to make it enable again.

Reproducible: Always

It is my fault, I have org.eclipse.debug.ui checkout and applied the pin & clone patch. This is causing the refresh buttons to disabled after it was pressed. I should have test with stock eclipse first.
