Pressing the Refresh Debug Views button doesn't update the disassembly view. The disassembly view has it's own refresh button. It would be nice to have it integrated with the other refresh button.

Marking as enhancement.
One possibility is to add support for that in DefaultRefreshAllTarget by querying all open views and editors whether they adapt to IRefreshAllTarget.  This would make it a little more generic.
