the ILogging service is generic, and there seems to be no reason to have LoggingService.cpp be specific in the windows portion of this code; if moved to common_agent instead, it would allow developers who are using this as a reference know that ILogging can be used by any platform.

Once ecl.bz 323997 has been committed and is available on the mirror service for download and patch creation, i will create a new patch that adds LoggingService.cpp + LoggingService.h to the src/common_agent folder and removes them from src/win_agent folder, and attach it to this ticket.

The Eclipse CDT EDC (https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/cdt-debug-edc) is now obsolete and has not had any active development since 2011. Therefore the still open bugs are being marked as wontfix.
