I tried to check out the JSDT plugins to fix a bug.  The JSDT page (http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/jsdt/) points one to a project set file (http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/jsdt/psf/jsdt.psf)  

This file seems to be missing the jsdt.debug.transport project.  Once I checked out jsdt.debug.transport, the rhino projects compiled correctly.

It also needs to be updated with rhino.ui bundle as well

updated the debug psf to include the transport and rhino.ui bundles
