When zoomed, widgets with popup-behavior are incorrectly positioned, including all menus and the dropdown-list of a combo.

Fixed in CVS HEAD in qx.bom.element.Location.__computeScroll.

Reopend becaue the dropdown-list of combo (again/still?) is positioned incorrectly when zoomed.

We no longer support zoom in ipad, so the issue is invalid.
