What is the name of the file you downloaded to get Eclipse?

If at all its a problem, JDT would more likely place than PDE.

The SDK has not two. If there are two after installing WTP then the bug is there or in the Platform. First, WTP should confirm the problem.

i installed wtp-3.2.2(build id-20100906165948) using links method, but couldn't reproduce it.
