Setting the "Include libraries with this application" to true on the configuration panel does not actually result in the attribute being set on the classpath entry.

Does this fall under Bug 324111 now?

The solution is provided as part of the patch for that bug, but it could also be fixed separately.

Resolving against the combined bug, at least for now.
