The query returns incorrect results, if editor having dirty resource is not in focus.
It is only based on editors in focus.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a Resource dirty using Editor
2. Keep the editor in focus
3. Run "Run Query with Dirty State" in Query View
It runs fine

Now focus on some other editor and repeat step3. The query returns incorrect results.
It is only based on editors in focus
