The RSE ssh connection (to a Linux system) is not able to overwrite a file currently in use (e.g. a running binary).

Other tools like WinSCP are able to do this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Drag file from explorer to remote directory.

--> Transfer failes with I/O error.
