Build Identifier: Eclipse 3.6.0 :  I20100608-0911 (Helios Eclipse SDK)

I can't seem to be able to install CDT feature into Eclipse SDK package. It fails half way through installation. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Helios Eclipse SDK from eclipse.org (win32)
2. Unzip and start eclipse, Help->Install New Software
3. Select Helios Update site; Expand Programming languages category and check C/C++ Development Tools
4. Click Next and Finish
5. Installation seems to proceed halfway and then it generates an error. Error log is attached

Looks like p2 issue rather than CDT.
