The class org.eclipse.jgit.lib.WorkDirCheckout is marked as deprecated with the note:

@deprecated Use org.eclipse.jgit.dircache.DirCacheCheckout.

The DirCacheCheckout class doesn't exist and the WorkDirCheckout still seems to be what's being used.

DirCacheCheckout exists since commit 2059ed205.
