1. Open a file that's under Git version control and known by EGit.
2. Right-click > Compare With
3. 'HEAD Revision', 'Git Index', and 'History...' are all disabled. :(
4. Repeat step 2 in in the 'Package Explorer', the items are enabled.

They appear to be enabled on startup for once or twice but then they remain disabled forever.

'Commit...', 'Ignore', 'Show in Repositories View', and 'Show in History' from the 'Team' submenu are also disabled.
