Enable the framework to support different languages. Parts of the framework text already use message bundles, but not all. Switch all directly entered texts to message bundles to enable Graphiti being translated.

Check if usage of ICU4J makes sense, if yes use it

All texts are extracted to resource bundles.

Removed usages of java.text APIs (log messages etc.), so there is no need to use ICU4J
