Allow horizontal + vertical scrolling (horizontal through control modifier, e.g. shift)and/or zooming (through control modifier, e.g. ctrl) with the mouse wheel.

It looks like zoom support using the mouse wheel has been implemented in GEF, should be added to Graphiti.
