All of the other maven based builds in wtp are running as expected.  However, the PsychoPath build is being picky.

Need to investigate why this build is rebelling against the empire, and put it in it's place.  All hail the Sith!

This is now fixed.  It was a combination of a picky pom file, and a bug from tycho 0.8.  Upgrade to tycho 0.9 fixes the issue.  The build is working again.
