Address Team Repositories view nits from UI review (bug 321813):

* Move categories to team.ui
* Gradient for categories
* Remove icon for categories

Added gradient drawings and moved categories into repositories plug-in. I have kept the folder icons for now but we can take anoher review pass through this to improve the presentation.
