In http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/documentation/ all three links refer to Eclipse Help 3.3 instead to the Helios Help.

Is:

Should:

I updated the URLs.  First link (user doc) is fine.
Next two links get "Topic not found".

Are there helios versions of jst and wst doc?

Are these the correct links?

I simplified the page greatly just to point to version free eclipse help; 

http://help.eclipse.org/

(which gets redirected to the latest version of the yearly release help).

And, just say 

"Please search the general Eclipse help for documentation about Web Tools." 

So ... still not very helpful, but at least not incorrect.
