The fix has been commited into SVN.
Waiting for hudson build to test the fix.

I Temporary remove test from hudson until the problem is analysed.
May be related to bug 323220. Diagnostic on Hudson not easy (test failure does not occur in local).
The 323220 must be fixed before -> adding dependency.

A fix has been commited for the two problems :
- bad management of file separator from windows to linux.
- some collection ordering pb.
