Instance diagram files created in a source folder are not displayed in TS Explorer

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a TS Project
2. Create an instance diagram in 'src' folder of your project.  Notice that the file does not appear in TS Explorer.  Switching to Navigator view will reveal that the file has in fact been created under 'src' folder.  It's just not being displayed in TS Explorer.

downgrading to normal...the problem is not always reproducible.
