Description Tim Buschtoens CLA 2010-08-19 06:58:28 EDT
When a website is bookmarked to the iPads homescreen, it can be displayed without the browser-controls by adding "<meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes">" to the header of the html-document. This creates a look of a native-application instead of a website.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

Note that in Fullscreen-mode, zooming is disabled (by the browser). That is actually pretty convenient for RAP, as this way applications specifically made-for-ipad/iphone can use a layout/theming that is fit for use without zoom and look/feel like a native application, while applications with controls to small to hit can still be used in the normal mode with zoom.
