Papyrus command should not be visible in every GMF based diagrams...

e.g. Create an Ecore diagram with ecore editor, Papyrus "Delete selected element" / "Hide selected element" actions are visible in the contextual menu.

Should be fixed by removing deprecated actions (bug309958).
