There is now way to change between v1.0  & v1.1 of the JAX-RS facet.

Adopters may only enable a given JAX-RS implementation library for a particular version of the facet (e.g. v1.0), so moving to a different JAX-RS implementation library that requires a different facet version (e.g. v1.1) is not possible without removing the facet then adding it back (ugly).
