The add hyperlink button (green +) appears only when pointing the mouse on the name of a package or a class.
When moving the mouse on the compartment of a package or a class, we don't see the add hyperlink button.

Packages are the only elements that are concerned by this problem.

This issue reproducible with any extenders of ShapeEditPart (see attachments uml diagram). We have provided a fix for PackagePackageableElementCompartmentEditPart, but probably we need to propagate this for all extenders.
