I am writing a template that uses my new Builder options feature for a Makefile project. However, when I get the list of configurations, it includes a single entry and it's a null pointer. At the point the CfgHolder object is created, the IConfiguration isn't know. It's determined later.

I will add a method to CfgHolder to set the configuration and update the StdWizardHandler to set it once the configuration is determined.
