Rework the formerly Tssap based dialogs as the "Save as" and "Print" dialogs with respect to usability.

Save as image popup: Check if it is possible to disable GIF in case of more that 256 colors.

Dialogs have been reworked, alignments are corrected now.

The check for more than 256 colors on selecting GIF as format would require the creation of the image beforehand (possibly several times) which will lead to memory issues for larger diagrams. So this cannot be implemented.
