Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a diagram element (class, lifeline, or any other node)
2. Create a comment
3. link the comment to the diagram element
4. Hide the comment from the diagram
5. Drop the comment from the model explorer to the diagram.
You will notice that the link from the comment to the diagram element is not dropped.

The problem is the same with Constraint, maybe with DurationObservation and TimeObservation. 
More generally, the problem exists with all UML elements linked to another element by a link without semantic link.

In r3052 : 
	add the methods getDropCommentCommand and getDropConstraintCommand in CommonDiagramDragDropEditPolicy.

in r3053 : Constraint and Comment can now be dropped from the Model Explorer with their links in :
	ProfileDiagram
	CommunicationDiagram
	Composite Structure Diagram
The 	CustomDiagramDragDropEditPolicy is modified is each diagram and used the previous methods  : getDropCommentCommand and getDropConstraintCommand

Some diagrams still do not support this feature.

Also, when dropping a comment and its annotated element at the same time, the link is not displayed.

This bug can now be marked as closed fixed. We will open new bug in case of problems.
