When double clicking on a diagram in the model explorer, the diagram is not opened.

Might still occur in a few cases, when the Papyrus model is erroneous.

Double-clicking on a diagram in ME to open it works fine, for an OK model.

But... The model get "touched" due to Bug 400809.

All diagrams can now be opened, even for erroneous models (Since ~ Kepler SR0)
