The content assist APIs used in CCSv4 (based on CDT 3.x) have been changed and do not work in CCSv5 (based on CDT 7.x). RTSC content assist needs to support both CDT 3.x and CDT 7.x

Fixed in xdceclipse-g32. Plugin supports both CDT3 and CDT 7 APIs.

Verified using CCS 5.0.0.00062 and XDCtools 3.20.04.68.

Created new BIOS6 program using IPC "notify" example. This CCS build
does not yet automatically add the package path repositories to the
C/C++ compiler include path, so added these manually to the C/C++
project options. Opened example .c file and verified that hovering
over RTSC function calls displayed a correct tool tip. Verified that
ctrl-space completion works on RTSC (short) function names.
