On this page for downloading the lastest version, the downloaded document has the wrong checksum for both MD5 and SHA1, and cannot be opened with my archive manager.

I used a mirror (Springsource) to download the file, and it worked fine.

There may have been a transient problem with your download.  I just downloaded that file from Waterloo and the sums match.
