3.6. Not sure whether this is PDE or releng.

The version compare tool report for the 3.6 maintenance builds is currently done against 3.5. This is wrong as it does not detect version issues compared to the 3.6 release. The report should be done against 3.6.

Test Case:
'org.eclipse.jdt.junit.runtime' got accidentally tagged with a lower tag in 'R3_6_maintenance' resulting in a version that was below the one from 3.6 but higher than in 3.5 and hence no problem got reported, see e.g.

Same problem for the integration build as well.

The integration build is compared against 3.6, the label on the build page is just wrong.
