Java thread dump made with kill -3 $PID
Looks like the same XPCOM call as bug 322143. I've solved the bug. I had 2 versions of xulrunner, 1.9.1 for Galeon and 1.9.2 for Firefox. After removing xulrunner 1.9.1 to test I can't seem to be able to reproduce the bug again. I think that some code that decides which version of xulrunner to load fails to verify it's the right one and/or fails to choose the correct set of XPCOM calls that it can use with that version.
