Hi. Could you add a little more info to this help doc?

1.
>8. At this stage you can create a war file from the help directory..
Are we supposed to go into help/ and do "jar -cvf help.war *" or are we supposed to stay in the parent directory and do "jar -cvf help.war help"?

2. After 9.
How would we be setting preferences->help->content?
I'm running Tomcat and can see the welcome page if I access http://localhost:8080/ via firefox, but setting content to "http://localhost:8080/help" doesn't seem to pull in any help I added in step 4.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
