org.eclipse.ocl.examples.xtext.oclinecore.ui contributes three actions to arbitrary context menus of tree views with empty selection: "Create dynamic instance", "Save As->Ecore", and "Save As->OCLinEcore".

Steps to reproduce:
- Open an arbitrary tree view, e.g. the navigator
- Make sure nothing is selected
- Open the context menu in an empty section of the tree view

Thanks for the repro. When I actively looked for this spurious menu entry it vanished.

Menu fixes

Menus are now all popup:#TextEditorContext with Editor.opened visibility.

Create Dynamic Instance might even work on a text selection now.

Candidate for 3.0.1.
