Please create JSP templates for those who wish to use XHTML 1.0 Strict or XHTML 1.0 Frameset. Similar HTML templates exist for static HTML files, but they do not exist for JSP files nor JSF files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click and hold on any dynamic web project's root node or the WebContent folder for that project in the project explorer.
2.A menu appears.
3.Select New->JSP File.
4.Give any name ending in .jsp in the file name line.
5.Click the Next button.
6. All of the XHTML options only provide XHTML 1.0 Transitional as the XHTML version to use.
