Bug 322549

Summary: [launch] Launch configuration dialog wording is weird

Description Elena Laskavaia CLA 2010-08-12 11:00:11 EDT
When you open launch configurations dialog from "Run Configurations..."
You see this title and description:

title: Run Configurations
description: Create, manage and run configurations.

So in the title "Run" is adjective and in the description it is a verb (which is confusing on its own), so now dialog just talks about "configurations" which is very vague word. So it should be either
Create, manage and run "launch configurations".
or
Create, manage and launch "run configurations".
(than debug one would be
Create, manage and launch "debug configurations".
)

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag.
