The Java discoverer uses JDT for resolving Java bindings. If some bindings cannot be resolved (e.g. for projects with compile errors), a warning is logged.
It would be convenient to desactivate such warnings from a discoverer parameter : The user does not always want to have it in its error log and such log entries worry the developer log analysis (ex unit tests).
