Even when Wrap Search is unchecked, Replace All wraps round. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a short XML file. 
2. Use Find/Replace to search for <. 
3. Towards the end of the file press Replace All with Wrap Search unchecked. 
4. All instances are deleted.
