I am only able to open attachments using double click since updating HEAD.  The context menu only shows column selection and doesn't have any other options to allow me to apply a patch or open with a different editor.  It seems that this was caused by the changes to TableViewerSupport to add a menu so that the columns are customizable.

Note that the customization menu should only show if the user right-clicks on the header, not an element in the table.  Frank, can you have a look at this since you have been working on it?

I commit the fix aspart of bug# 295104
