Contains: Failed to read the project description file (.project) for 'com.unblu.server.core'.  The file has been changed on disk, and it now contains invalid information.  The project will not function properly until the description file is restored to a valid state.

The problem has no relation to the Subversive itself. Actually, after update
.project file received conflicting changes, so, you just need to use synchronize + manual merge before updating the whole project.
