Right clicking on a dependency and selecting 'Remove from Model' doesn't remove it from the diagram

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Session Facade
2. Create an entity
3. Setup a dependency between the two artifacts such that the entity implements the Session Facade.
4. Right click on the dependency and select 'Remove from Model'.  Notice that nothing changes in diagram.  However, if you open the Entity in the form editor, you'll see that the dependency has been cleared.
