I have assigned Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to nextEditor and previousEditor in
Eclipse. They seem to work, but only partially: You can only flip-flop-between
two editor windows, and trying to cycle through multiple windows (i.e. the
equivalent of Ctrl+F6,F6,F6) causes the little editor selection/display window
to pop up and no cycling occurs. Also, when flip-flopping, the aforementioned
editor selection/display window disappears immediately, unlike the usual
behavior with Ctrl+F6 (the window stays visible until Ctrl is released).

This does not seem like correct behavior. Ctrl+Tab can be mapped to nextWindow,
and should not cause it to function incorrectly.

I know many, many people would like to be able to map Ctrl+Tab to editor
switching/cycling in this way, since it is a long-time standard on Windows to
cycle through MDI child windows in this way.
