This proposal improves User class's test coverage to 92.8%.

This looks good. Thanks for the contribution. The test class should end in "Tests"  rather than "Test" to fit in with our normal naming, but I can make that change when I commit this code. Committing this code may take a little while as there is a lot of more urgent work around - sorry!
