Compile logs are incomplete in recent builds (since at least 3.7M1, was OK in 3.6). E.g.:

... only contains access problems for 3 bundles, but in reality, there are many more (not much changed since 3.6):

Speculation: the build no longer (re-builds) bundles that are already in the p2 repository and hence we don't get compile results and hence no correct build status/results.

I have reverted the patch from bug 305744 to address this and fixed the I20100524-0800 page.
