The label of Time Constraint, Time Observation and Duration Constraint must be separated from the time bar figure.
The label will be freely moveable.

For Time Constraint and TimeObservation (figure is a simple bar), position of the label will be mirrored in case the bar is switched to the other side of the lifeline.

The label has been made external.
TimeConstraint and TimeObservation labels positions are updated when time bar is moved.
