In case you only have one build server, the root item describing the server should be removed as it provides no information. This will also help to unclutter the UI.

Agreed. I think there should be support for toggling between Servers and Builds as top level elements similar to how the Package Explorer supports that for working sets.

The presentations can now be switched between showing servers or plans as top-level nodes.
