Sapphire proposal is posted. Konstantin is currently working on scheduling a creation review. 

Steps required:

1. Verify that community concerns have been addressed;
2. Initiate trademark review (assign any existing trademark to Eclipse);
3. Verify that proposal has the support of two Architecture Council Mentors;
4. Verify that the PMC approves;
5. Verify that the review documentation is complete; and
6. Schedule Review

In anticipation of a request for creation review, EMO has initiated a trademark search. Trademark Assignment Agreement is in the hands of the Oracle legal department.
