With disabled cell selection and SWT.SINGLE it is not possible to deselect an already selected row by CTRL+click.
With disabled cell selection and SWT.MULTI it is not possible to select all cells by clicking the top left emtpy header cell like in the cell selection mode.

Patch to correct the selection behavior

this patch introduces a new private function selectAllRowsInternal. An other option would be to combine selectAllCellsInternal and selectAllRowsInternal into a combined function selectAllInternal. What about the public API? Shall the be a function selectAllRows like there is a selectAllCells?
